    Excellent stay with very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. One of the most welcoming and accommodating hotels I’ve stayed at in Patong. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

    Excellent hotel with direct access to the beach and an infinity pool offering an amazing view of the entire bay. Our room was spacious and had a small private pool. The service was excellent, including a shuttle to and from the center of Haad Rin. Keep in mind that the hotel is built on a cliff, so you may need to use the hotel shuttle to get up to the rooms located higher up or down to the restaurant and the beach, for example.

    Excellent location in Patong. The hotel offers a good breakfast with gluten-free options as well. There are several swimming pools, including pools with water slides. A great place for families with children.

    reception staff were not welcoming, accommodating and sometimes rude HOWEVER restaurant, bar & cleaning staff were fantastic & such a pleasure to deal with! this is the only hotel that we know of that does not let you smoke in your private balcony, so you need to walk quite far for the designated smoking areas! Location is fantastic and is walking distance to everything you need! I would choose AMARI or GRAND MERCURE in the future as they were both top notch and A+++++++ quality with very friendly staff! For the money you pay here, not worth it in my opinion!
