    We had a wonderful family stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Patong Beach Resort. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the pools were fantastic, and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

    reception staff were not welcoming, accommodating and sometimes rude HOWEVER restaurant, bar & cleaning staff were fantastic & such a pleasure to deal with! this is the only hotel that we know of that does not let you smoke in your private balcony, so you need to walk quite far for the designated smoking areas! Location is fantastic and is walking distance to everything you need! I would choose AMARI or GRAND MERCURE in the future as they were both top notch and A+++++++ quality with very friendly staff! For the money you pay here, not worth it in my opinion!
