Location. Room was cleaned daily. Cleaning staff were very nice and very respectful.
The reception staff were not very helpful. Speaking and understanding English was a big issue. Getting in and out of the pool was an issue.

the receptionist was terible unfriendly and asked to sign on T&c talking like a machjne for a holiday resort
