    This is not a hotel. It is only a for show. Yes they have all the facilities of a hotel but they are not in the hospitality business. They treat all their guests like crooks.

    Does not look like a hotel from outside..but Wen the gates open u can see the hotel👍👍 Room big n very clean. Staffs from the reception to the breakfast all very friendly n pro active. Enjoyed our stay. HV pool view rooms/ garden view rooms n beach facing room. We stayed at garden view room. Tookata was the first staff we met at the reception n she showed us the rooms. very friendly. Tank U gerl She gave suggestions ABT the room types n so on. Alice the guest relations person..was very concern n pro active person n surprised me wz a b" day card . She gave suggestions when we asked ABT gng to certain places to visit. All sun very friendly n polite ( Sun/ S ( SUPERMAN/MON are those I could remember) Feels very welcoming at this hotel... They also surprised me wz a fruits platter cake for my b'day Tank you This hotel is facing the just in front of patong beach..many shops along the way n bangla Street Wer all the nite activity is just 5 mins away. Food areas plenty n shopping shopping 🫰🫰🫰
