    Very value for money. Air conditioner cool. Hot water. Some day gets new towel some old but overall they look clean. Staff often not at the reception but they are very helpful and friendly. Pretty far from pa tong but location still good. Room looks not old not new. No bad smell. No wifi but not problem. The wall is thin so be aware that you will hear the noises from outside all day and night. But it still very good for this price!

    Not a very good experience overall. The lobby didn’t have AC, so we had to wait in the heat for almost two hours, which was quite uncomfortable. The receptionist in the morning was rude and unhelpful, while the night staff was much more polite and welcoming. The room itself had issues the floor was damaged, and even after requesting a change, no action was taken. Another inconvenience was that the lift starts from the second floor, so you have to climb around 18–20 stairs daily. The balcony view was also disappointing. Overall, not a very satisfying stay.
