    It was very good hotel in budget, staff was friendly, clean and had everything necessary available, you can ask for 1 water botel each person a day.

    Run down Hotel in Patong but ok to stay 1 or 2 nights. Only few mins walk to Bangla stadium. Btmline. Phuket only city not friendly in whole Thailand.

    We stayed at this hotel for 16 nights recently and wasn’t impressed with a number of things. They charge a 1000 deposit upon checkin that is not mentioned before booking. They only give you 1 room key which made it hard for us to do separate things and there is a sign downstairs that if reception needs to open the door for you they will charge 300 baht. Our room was not cleaned beforehand and had hair in the bathroom. There was mould on the walls and the shower was disgusting. They don’t put a mattress protector on and the mattress is covered in stains. They didn’t have a fitted sheet on the bed and only used a flat sheet that was too small for the mattress and wouldn’t reach each corner so every time you turn in bed you’re sleeping on a dirty mattress. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the walls and floor. The fridge doesn’t work when out of the room because the room card needs to be in the reader and so a lot of food was rotten and we couldn’t drink any cold drinks when getting back to the room. The hotel lift closes on you suddenly. They broke my laundry bag and did not fix or compensate. Somedays it was hard to get toilet paper from the staff. Fore these reason, I suggest staying away from this hotel and booking at a place that considers safety and hygiene.

    The reception lady i was acting so rude , not polite , no respect she must have a psychology story behind her , she wants me to pay 300 bath for checking our 10 minutes. After 12 housing is more disaster , even if we grow up in. Jungle still there supposed to have a humain and basic interaction skills . The air conditioner wasn’t working only after spending 3 hours , the room started cooling down , it was very hot , because I was tired I just wanted to sleep , Location in google map due to old business profile the band wasn’t updated from cokoon to cocoon . Hence I spent 3 hours to find the location , they don’t response to chat , since I dong have local number I asked bolt to call no pick up from reception. Google map there is no location matching the Agoda listed hotel name
