We enjoyed our stay here. The location is only a walk away to the places we like to go. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Thank you Chan for all your help with transport to the airport. It is an older hotel, but we found our room spacious and comfortable. We would certainly consider returning on our next Patong holiday.

Cons: Noisy street. Not recommended for light sleepers. Air conditioning was also very loud. Elevator can only fit 2 people at a time, 1 room key per room, in room safe instructions are confusing. No shower curtain so toilet gets water splashing all over and the whole bathroom floor is wet. I would recommend the owner to install a shower curtain in each bathroom to resolve this issues and also provide proper toiletries to guests such as proper hand soap, hand and body lotions, tooth brush and toothpaste. I think these alone would help the guest stay more pleasant and improve the hotel rating immensely. I think this is not too expensive to improve the hotel. Pros: Good value because it’s very conveniently located if you plan on doing any kind of group tours where they pickup and drop you off at hotel with no charge. The hotel staffs and the owner were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is nice, cozy and clean with onsite restaurant. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious but not included.
