    It is strategically located in the flower district, 10 mins or less from Madison Square Garden / Penn Station. The first room assigned to us was in the 2nd floor, it was dirty, dark and the drain is clogged so we requested a change of room. The next day and our second room, the view was better, still a little dirt but the drain was working. I suggest having disposable toothpastes, toothbrushes, shower caps etc. We did not opt for breakfast but it did not look exceptional. We did appreciate that we can deposit our luggages after checkout and that the staff were all nice and accommodating. Admittedly it is expensive but the location is great so it is worth it.

    Run down. Didn’t clean the room or change the sheets, stayed for a whole week. Restaurant is closed. Staff is nice. Towels were scratchy and old, everything needs major renovation.

    This time the experience was terrible, my room was left open without any explanation after it was cleaned. I had to reach out to the housekeeping and all she could do is say she will check but never came back to me. Terrible service this time round I doubt I’ll come back here again. And, it was ridiculously expensive this time.
