    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel JAL City Kannai Yokohama. The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. As a kind gesture, they offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and greatly appreciated. Another highlight was their luggage service. Even after we checked out, the hotel safely stored our luggage so we could continue exploring Yokohama without any worries. This made our last day much more enjoyable and stress-free. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Their attention to guest comfort truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yokohama. We would be happy to stay here again in the future! 5/5 Excellent Stay.

    Positive: Nearby to Yokohama China Town, Haneda airport Limousine bus Stop, Yamashita Park and Yokohama station with Takashimaya Shopping. Coffee House open until 9pm for hotel guest with Free Wines, hot Coffee and Snacks. Negative: Extremely soft Pillows and bed mattress in discomfort and daily Poor breakfast presentation.
