    I checked in at 11 pm the night before. On Sunday morning, I asked to check out at 11:30 am instead of 11 am. The receptionist asked the duty manager, who said no unless I paid JPY2,000/-. The experience was disappointing. Looks like for this hotel, money was more important than hospitality ... very un-Japanese.

    Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Area is very nice and walking distance to Chinatown. Room is comfortable. Overall enjoyed our time there.

    Great hotel close to the cruise terminal. Good location right in Chinatown Yokohama. The hotel’s breakfast was very good. Have stayed here twice.
