ファミリーでの利用だったので専用シャワーとトイレがある4人部屋は助かりました。 子供も２段ベッドが楽しかった様でした。 最寄り駅からのアクセスもよく、中華街も近所だが外の騒音が気になる事はなかった事。 コンビニやスーパーも近くにあるので便利な事。
壁が薄いのか、隣の話し声や生活音（通路や廊下での音も含め)がわりと筒抜けだった事。
