    The Gate Hotel exceeded our expectations during our two nights stay. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and featured incredible views overlooking Yokohama Harbor and Yamashita Park. Its location made sightseeing effortless. We were able to walk to Chinatown in just a few minutes, and the nearby subway provided easy access to the rest of the city. Being right by the waterfront added to the overall charm. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. This was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely book the Gate Hotel again when we return to Yokohama.

    We originally booked in for two nights but decided to stay three, it was a great hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff; their command of English was excellent.

    Great location and great value for the price. The bathroom was very spacious. Everything was very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beautiful views from the room and lounge area. Near shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and a beautiful garden/green walk area. Would stay here again!
