Great location - less than a minute walk from Hakata train station and metro. In a side street, so away from all the pedestrian traffic and noise. Super quiet.
Room was clean and even includes a massage chair. Bathroom was large and good supply of warm water.
Self-check in and out - kinda awkward not interacting with staff. Lobby has amenities to take.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to the station. Check-in was easy. Room size was alright; sufficient space to put our suitcases and hand luggage. Good bathroom size with sufficient amenities. Excellent coffee machine in the lobby.

I booked this hotel twice in a single trip to Fukuoka and surrounding area. The hotel location is great as it is right outside of the Hakata station and just a few steps from the Airport bus to the Internatinal terminal so it is very convenient. The room size is ok, I have four large suitcases, I cannot open them all at the same time. The bathroom is small but include a bath tub which is good for a soaking bath. However, I do not like the check in process which is almost self serve but it is not as easy to navigate the screen and manage the multiple slots for room key, credit card and passport scan. There are staff there and they expect you to know how to check in. I just think the check in process can be a little easier.

The room was not big. Only one chair in the room. The air-conditioning was hard to adjust (too cold for us). Everything else was good.
