    I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto! The location is absolutely unbeatable, as it sits right next to Kyoto Station, making day trips and getting around the city incredibly easy.The room itself was immaculate. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the wonderful staff. They went above and beyond to help me fill out my luggage forwarding form (Takkyubin), ensuring my bags would arrive safely at my next destination without any stress. I would definitely stay here again!

    We had a wonderful experience at Daiwa. It was next door to Kyoto Station. lots of places to eat and travel was easy and convenient.

    Location are good, the staff are nice, the room is clean.

    I stayed on 3rd floor. Sound proof was very poor. You can hear sound of traffic light loud and clear., even the noise from people laughing on the street. The bed sheet and blanket are very dirty upon arrival and the desk is still covered with big dust. You can see the light coming through the room in the morning even if you closed all the curtains.
