    Self check in. Room was really small cant expect much. It was just a 5mins walk from kyoto station. I love their pillow. It was firm. Toilet was clean too!

    When i made reservation in Agoda, I have mentioned that i reserved for 2 adult and 3 child (14,11,7 yo), Agoda also notes that my 7yo can share the bed with me and the apps automatically arranged 2 rooms for us. When we arrived at hotel and do the check in on the dino robot receptionist suddenly the person staff appears and ask me how many people will stay (which is a little odd to me). So i told them as i've already info during the reservation. Also i show them my daughter (which also has small posture). Eventually they insist that i have to add 1 more room, eventhough i've said that i already put the details of all my children's age while made reservation and that this is as the apps arrangement and i'm sure the requirement details already as agreed and submitted by the hotel itself. I also said, the adult only 2 and i will not let my child sleep alone in the room without an adult so it is not make sense to push me for having 3 rooms. But the staff insisted that i should have one additional room and also added some additional calculation that i need to paid because its only reserve for 1 person (which i just already didn't care much, since at that time 1 of my boy really need to rest due to stomachace, all i thought only to getting into the room as soon as possible). The result is i finally add 1 room which nobody even touched the bed. I am actually okay if the rules clear from the beginning and i just don't like being surprised on the spot. The hotel maybe seems cool with the dino robot. I also don't know this is the hotel's mistake or the apps mistake, but with the treatment that the staff didn't even want to listen my explanation, i will not return again.. thank you

    Location was great, we have two 7-eleven nearby. The room was clean and spacious enough. I like the room design with the curtain dividing bedroom and room entrance :) Staff was helpful (only because we need some assistance with our booking - otherwise we dont need to have any other interaction).
