Hotel Bleues le Balmoral was built in 1859, so it is an older hotel with many coats of paint and old wrought iron balconies. It faces the Mediterranean to the west and the beach road, so expect some traffic noise.
Not too fancy but the breakfast hall was excellent and well maintained. Beds were soft but comfortable, with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Fridges only available in the Deluxe chambres.
Thank you to the day manager, Sabrina, who was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. French, English, and Italian are spoken at this hotel. Recommended for direct access to the beach, dining hall and location at the edge of "old town". SNCF regional train was a 10 minute walk. This hotel was very affordable. Merci beaucoup.
