Great location with Reception for any assistance. Good air-conditioning & lovely balcony with stunning views overlooking next door hotel's garden, the higher town & mountains beyond.

Our apartment front door lock did not work & needed replacing on Day 1 - this should have been checked before our arrival! Then we were unable to have 2 keys, which was inconvenient at times. The flooring in our apartment was cracked across the room & could have caused injury to bare feet... needs attention. We had to ask for fresh bedding after a week (on Wednesday) - being told this is normally only done on Sundays, something we hadn't been informed of. The property's front door code only worked intermittently, as the lock mechanism on the door itself needed mending.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff is gentle and available. I suggest to ask for internal parking just to save time in locking for it outside.

The location was very good. In the middle of everything . It was very basic, but clean.

The reception is only open certain times. I emailed a few times to get an alternative method to get in if I can’t make it in those times. They only gave me a proper answer the night I was flying. That just added stress to my journey . The fridge made an annoying sound, so it was difficult to get to sleep - they must attend to that (room 211). They only give you one toilet roll.

The facility seems old and may require renovation · The smell from the common garbage cans located in the parking lot can be felt by the reception and in the corridors · The wall-bed was not comfortable and when it was open, there was no space in the room even to sit down by the table
