Had trouble with the room on friday night wasnt able to get into the room becauae of the door reader not working and then on our last night our key had to be redone and when we checked out the front desk worker acted like she didnt want to be at work an acted like she didnt want to have to gwt up out of chair to check us out and i could herlar her do a heavy sigh because i walked upfront to check out

The room was not made up either of the two evenings that we returned to the room. The pillow smelled so bad that bought Fabrize to tolerate the odor. There was black mold on the tub. The weeds and grass needed to be mowed. Hotels.com should not represent them.

Late evening, I’d forgot soap. The front desk girl did not hesitate, to bring me some. No “come to me,” she came and brought it. That was a first. Bed very comfy. Good shower she answered all my questions, over the phone.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, our 1st room was infested with ants. They moved us to a different room where the outlets didn't work.

The first room had mold on the wall. The second room was infested with ants. They advertise a pool but it looked like it hadn’t been taken care of in years. The carpets turned our socks black. Both rooms smelled like mold. There was no cleaning services all weekend due to lack of staff. Just terrible!!!

The property is in very poor condition. Siding is falling off, the outdoor areas are not maintained, grass not cut, beer cans, soda cans/bottles litter the grounds. In room curtains are torn and VERY old. The carpet is filthy. On the flip side, the bed and bedding was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the a/c was good. Expedia needs to rethink promoting this property.

The room was ok. There was mold in the shower. Dont expect a hot shower, i barely got a warm one. The paint was pealing of the bathroom ceiling. We had to ask for a remote for the tv. My husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask because the phone in the room didnt work. The first remote she gave us didnt work, he had to go down to ask again for another one. There was some kind of banging noise in the hallway all night. I think it was maybe the icemaker, but it was loud. So overall not to impressed, would not recommend to friends.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. My husband and I rented a King room with TV and Couch and got...a jacuzzi tub! which we were more than pleased to enjoy, But it wasn't even that that made our stay so wonderful, while this place is clearly a slightly older hotel, it was spotless. The hotel staff clearly take their jobs seriously and have tons of pride. We absolutely will stay here again. Keep up the good work!

I don’t understand why people complain about their breakfast. It’s clearly not a five star luxury hotel, also, some hotels still aren’t offering breakfast after COVID so the fact that this place offers that is amazing. It’s not the best food by any means, but it is a free breakfast and it’s good to wake up to something you don’t have to cook yourself. The rooms were insanely clean, along with the building itself. The front desk people were really nice and made the check in/out process easy. The room was well conditioned, the towels were decent quality, and the three pillows in the room are actually pretty nice! the only flaw i can see with this hotel (and it’s not even their fault, i’m pretty sure it’s the city), is the fact that there is only one entrance and that entrance is for multiple businesses. it’s a little hard to see at night because there isn’t much light in that area so make sure you watch when you go back at night so you don’t miss it accidentally! overall, i was really happy with the hotel, there were plenty of food and shopping options around, very little traffic if any, and it was only 40 mins from the kentucky expo center which made getting to my event this weekend really easy!

My room smelled like cigarettes and was labeled non smoking. Door to adjoining room was cut at bottom to high , the folks next to 110 were noisy and I noticed someone looking under the door. I left the property and didn’t even stay nor check out with the front desk . Very disappointed as this town deserves better

The hotel has a smell of mold. We were put in a room where the bedskirts were covered in mold. I have an asthmatic grandson and was not going to stay in that room. They moved us to another room upstairs where there was no mold present but it still had an odor. Had it not been late we would have never stayed at this hotel.

They let me in and try to change the batteries, but they couldn't getvthe new battery to work and they were having to rewire it. The desk lady need to call he boss is to get it rewired. When i headed back to my room she told me it was repaired. When i got to my room door was propped open and the panel with the wires was exposed nothing done to my room. Very shady.

When I got there, they had no rooms available. The people in front of me they gave a room to that had someone else in it. It was late at night and there were no local vacancies. I slept in my car because I had to be at a competition early the next morning. I still haven’t gotten a refund 2 weeks later. Will NEVER book this hotel ever again!!!
