    The room was very gorgeous!!

    Located very near to the train station and old town with lots of attractions and shops. The room is very clean with housekeeping everyday, a little noise expected at night from the restaurant or pub nearby but not very loud when the window is closed.

    the reception close after 8pm and they are supposed to send me a email or message through agoda only i didn’t receive any, i even checked the spam, stuck standing outside for 30 min struggling to contact the hotel staff and agoda customer service as my traveller sim plan apparently does not allow phone call (as most don’t), didn’t even get a apology. there is a dead bug on my sheet welcoming me, and the wifi is non existent to the point i am leaving this review with my own sim data. if only i can choose again i would definitely have chosen another hotel with functional wifi 😞
