The room’s and the bathroom‘s design. Location.
Dirt and smells outside the hotel building incl. incl. area directly in the front of the entrance. Overpriced breakfast.

Amazing and spacious room, very walkable to the main area and train station. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The spa and pool are such a huge perk and highly recommend to take advantage of it.

Great place. Confortable.

The hotel room is nicely designed with plenty of space, a comfy bed, and a large room.
Since the hotel recently changed ownership and systems, many staff members may still be underqualified, resulting in a lack of service-oriented mindset and occasional oversight of important information for guests
