nice breakfast, public parking near the hotel at the reasonable price

Our room was great it was a twin room on the 4th floor. It had a coffee machine and great air conditioning which we used. We did use the cleaning service but they were great if we needed anything. Reception really friendly always said hello when we went out or came back. Hotel busy as it was Rock im Park weekend which we were attending. The hotel was quiet never heard any noise. We stayed for 5 nights. We came back late at night tram is round the corner no issues. Previous reviews I nearly changed the hotel but glad I didn’t. Would recommend the Egyptian restaurant across the road lovely meal. We walked to the train station 25-30mins no problem at all. Good location for transport and walking into the old town 10mins. Everyone has opinion but we didn’t see anything bad or experience anything negative on this visit 😊

The nearby area of the hotel was not feel too much safe at least in the evening.

Friendly staff and by staff I mean the reception team, the location is fair which is quite close to Plärrer (Nürnberg). I didn't have breakfast in this hotel so can't comment on that.

the area around where the hotel is located wasn't very pleasant due to ongoing construction, however it was always quite (during December Christmas times). the room facility was a bit outdated, for example there is no heater in the bathroom except old infrared light bulb. water heating was barely warm, so hot shower wasn't possible. room cleaning was a bit challenging since I requested my room to be cleaned several times on different days, and usually cleaning means only changing the towels but not bedsheets, or pillows, which was quite frustrating and had to ask for it and wait in my room to make sure someone's changing it.
