    We arrived at hotel at 8 am. Was offered free membership so that we could have early check in. Really appreciated as we didn't sleep well the night before. Room was great. Better than our expectation. It was our first time trying ibis hotel. Staff can be more friendly. At first upon arrival, we didn't have the welcome feel when we approached the female staff. She also was there at check out. Didn't say the usual thanks for staying or goodbye, take care. Nevertheless, will definitely consider ibis again in our next trip as there is discount for member if we book direct with them. They are everywhere in the world.

    The hotel is a 2 min walk from Berlin HBF, making it a convenient way to explore the city using the S / U Bahn as well as go to other German destinations. Room is decently sized for 2 adults but doesnt have the coffee / tea making facilities. It's possible there may be more amenities in the reception like toothbrush and shaving set but we didnt ask. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as there is only that all-in-1 soap shampoo and wash. Breakfast has a good selection so you can eat to your heart's content but it may get boring as there is no variety. Overall, we would still recommend this hotel to its proximity to the train station.
