Nice pool but very very cold!

Overall it’s good value for money, there is so much noise at night and early in the morning when people leave for chichen itza , i could sleep well but my boyfriend couldn’t. I also didn’t get good vibes from the staff tbh, they only say: check in at 3 without checking if the room is empty so u can rest on a hot day. Everywhere else did so but here no. I hope they learn to be nicer and a bit more flexible

Our room was clean and this is a short walk to the Calzada, which takes you to the convent at one end and the iglesia at the other, more or less. The staff is charming and friendly and speak English, for the most part. The pool is pretty cold, but a welcome relief after a hot day. The town of Valladolid is a must see, and staying here is a good way to experience the town. The “free breakfast” could be improved slightly, but the coffee is good.
