Casa Xu´unan

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Xu'unan! The staff was so warm and helpful. We had all the privacy we wanted, but they were immediately available if we needed anything. Our rooms were very comfortable, with excellent cold AC. The gardens are lovely (we enjoyed lounging in the hammocks in the palapa), the pool is very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and different every day, with typical Yucatecan dishes, fresh local fruits and juices, and excellent coffee. The location is terrific, just a short stroll to the Convento and Calzadas de los Frailes, and only about 1 km to the central plaza. Highly recommend!

Not a dislike, but just be aware that you don't flush your toilet paper. (Put it in the trash can.)

Friendly staff and breakfast

Great place. The staff is kind and helpful. They recommended a beautiful Cenote that wasn’t busy. The courtyard is beautiful to lounge in. The pool is great for the kids. The location is perfect.

We enjoyed the breakfast. There was something different everyday. Most places just serve the same old breakfast day after day after day.

1. The very weak mattress. 2. The great amount of motorcycle noise 24 hours/day. 3. On the 2nd day we asked for water and were told that water is only supplied for the first night stay. We have traveled over a month in Mexico and we always got 2 1/2 liter bottle for each night we stayed. Strange rule here!
