Casa De Los Pájaros - B&B

The staff were amazing and so friendly and the pool was refreshing to cool off in after a day of exploring. We were able to securely park our motorcycles inside the gate.

Our room needed some maintenance done. No shampoos or bar soaps provided so make sure to bring your own. There is a Tienda around the corner where we bought our own.

The staff that worked there were fantastic. Beds were comfortable.

The taxes are not shown in the total cost, which is unusual for booking.com. We had to pay more than we thought. Don't book room number 1, the bathroom was outside of the room. Ask for a room with a bathroom inside the actual room. When I complained, I was told I booked that room. However, it was advertised like all the others, as a private bathroom.

It was very cute, breakfast was nice and cute, big room, and well taken care of in general. The hosts were nice and informative, it’s a family business. Backyard area was very nice. Parking area was nice.

We got in very late & didn’t realize the bathroom was not inside the room as it was labeled & marketed as a private bathroom. So I had to get outside of the room through the common area to use the bathroom. Unfortunately as it was too late, the host gave me options to leave with full refund since there was no more room left. I initially didn’t appreciate how it unfolded as there were some verbiage discrepancies, but after all it was a pleasant stay. The bathroom was a bit smelly but they provided a fan - so I was able to ventilate it throughout the night and it was all good.

the equipment of the room is very simple, the room is decorated in no style. There is room safe but without batteries. Paper walls, so expect you can hear every neighbor. We stayed 4 nights and for 3 nights we did not have a hot nor warm water (same our friend in other room). I would not come back
