Amazing location and staff were very kind and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Free breakfast. AC worked great.
Small rooms with bathrooms that were not completely enclosed and did not have direct exhaust vented to them. This took away from the romance of the stay. Lighting was a bit dim so if needing to do makeup etc. it was a little difficult. The room cost was expensive compared to other places in the area and I’m not sure the quality of the rooms justified the price.

The staff were amazing, friendly and so attentive. It was the icing on the top. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel with a beautiful very large garden that was a perfect oasis after a busy day. Pool is more decorative than functional- we didn’t see anyone swim. Lovely Yucatan tiles adorn the floors. Quieter street among the bustling little village.
Very narrow and steep stairs to second floor might be difficult for some. We were fine.

Everything was fine. Good for the value. I found the staff a little timid and awkward. I wish there were some more outgoing hosts. We speak and understand a little bit of spanish.
Same as above - however more vegan options would be nice.
