    I arrived to find the room did not look much like the advertised photos. It was rough, with heavy stains on the carpet, most of the crockery in the cupboard was really dirty - like not cleaned after last use kind of dirty. Just a really tired apartment that has seen better days. The double bed was two singles pushed together but they didn't line up properly. One was higher than the other. I slept on a single. Honestly, I got the cheapest apartment I could at this facility, as I was just looking for a place to crash. It did the job but I was certainly not impressed. Additionally, on my second to last day, I'd just finished a shower and had little clothing on. One of the staff opened the front door unannounced, (to clarify, she did the old quiet knock on the door as she was opening the door with her own keys) I didn't hear anything until the door was wide open with her standing there looking at me, asking why I had missed check out time. I explained I had another day and showed her my booking receipt. She then left with no apology stating their system was obviously lagging! Crazy
