The Capri would have to be the best hotel when staying in the city. Location, amenities, rooms (return stays) park the car and walk.

We enjoyed our stay here especially the sauna and steam room facilities. Indoor pool was also great for a winter stay (although it could have been warmer). Would stay here again

Look, everything about our room, the facilities and the courteous and friendly staff were ideal although the central aircon is either faulty or mistimed. The cooling within our room stopped around midnight and the temperature got to around 45degrees until 5am on both nights. When you're in the 14th floor, it's not like you can pop open a window to cool the room down. Love the location yet we probably won't book here again maybe The Oaks across the road next time.

Chose a bigger room as this is a honeymoon trip however the overall experience is just poor. Upon checking in, we were obviously struggling with the bags and luggages but there were nobody who is able to help us load our luggages onto the bellboy trolley. We did not need anyone to push it up to the room but the least, someone to help load it. Receptionist said he is the only one working there. Through our stay, bathtub has a hair that wasn’t clean off and mind you, we didn’t use the bathtub so it means that the person who clean the room didn’t check through thoroughly. Only 1 bathrobe was provided and this hasn’t been checked before check in?? Clean towels weren’t replenished on the 2nd day, table stains weren’t wiped off. When we return back to the room on the 2nd night, we heard beeping sound and the fridge wasn’t closed properly. Worst off, the dryer took 8hrs to dry our jeans. We feedback to the receptionist and she told us they will send someone to inspect it. I’m not sure if they did because there’s no note or follow up to inform if the dryer is working well. However the dryer paused on doing its job so we were mortified to come back with the jeans still wet. If you turn on the hot water for the bath/ hot water for the tap, there’s a really loud sound in the room. To think about the whole experience, it was our worst Australia accommodation experience thus far. The only good thing is that the location is near shopping district at Queens st. Really will not recommend anyone with capri. My room is 305 for reference.
