Casa Luisa is a recently renovated apartment with amazing views over Bellano, Lake Como and to the Alps. Paola the host was very welcoming and met us at the Ferry terminal, drove us to the apartment and dropped us to the station. The apartment had everything you needed modern cooking facilities, fridge freezer washing machine. The bathroom was well appointed and modern. The bed was comfortable with full cupboard space and another view over lake Como from the bedroom. Good access to Bellano by train and ferry. Great walks via ‘Sentiero Del Viandeante’ south to Perledo and Varenna. Easy walk to town and supermarket.

Beautiful views and kind host

Paola kindly collected us and took us back to the station and communicated promptly before and during our stay. She was very helpful, even coming over in a torrential storm when we couldn't work out how to get a light to work. The views and location are excellent. Supermarket, bakery and a couple of bars/café with in 5 minutes level walk. Beach just round the corner, ferries 2min walk. Perfect place to just sit on the balcony, watching boats, sipping wine.

Beautiful views, great location, lovely apartment and friendly host.

The apartment is a good size and has lovely views of the lake with a small balcony. The location is excellent for catching a ferry (just 2 min walk) to other towns on the lake. There is a garage available which suits small to mid size cars. We parked our car for three days and just used the ferries. Well equipped kitchen and our lovely host even left us a bottle of wine, water and several snacks. Highly recommend.

Well-equipted flat with a nice view of Lago di Como. It offers everything you need there. Private garage included. Paola let us come earlier even though the check in was at 4pm, we really appreciated it!

Lovely apartment in beautiful Bellano, away from the crowds

We were greeted by the lovely owners of the apartment. Parking was a bonus, in a garage. The apartment s well equipped and beautifully decorated. A balcony an all rooms giving a view of Bellano and lake Como. I highly recommend this as a. Restful place to stay.

Paola, Dante and Luca were amazing hosts. Luca collected us from the train station and Paola insisted on taking us back even though we were happy to walk. The apartment was spacious, with an incredible view over Bellano and Lake Como to the mountains beyond. Breathtaking. The facilities are perfect for a self catering holiday, with a proper Kitchen and a washing machine to clean all our travel clothes. It was a great place to unwind and spread out, and a perfect spot to explore all of Lake Como from. I cannot recommend Bellano or Casa Luisa more highly. Fabulous!

Perfect apartment in a perfect town.

Perfect apartment in a perfect town. Paula and Dante are wonderful hosts. The apartment has panoramic views across Lake Como and is a short walk along the esplanade to the wonderful restaurants and cafes of charming Bellano, also the ferry wharf for easy sightseeing visits to nearby towns. The apartment is modern, well appointed, tranquil and spotlessly clean, plus it has secure on site parking. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view over the lake

The apartment was really clean and spacious with amazing views over the lake and mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening looking at the lake. It was also convenient with a baby as there is an elevator in the building and Paola provided us with a travel cot. We liked the calm atmosphere in Bellano and can recommend staying in Bellano if you prefer to avoid the crowds in Varenna and Bellagio. Grazie Paola!

Bella vista.

Paola, the host is such a wonderful person. She came to pick us up at the train station and took us back at the end of our stay and she was easily available if we had any question during our stay. We could store our heavy luggage in the garage until we finally left. The apartment is very nice, right on the lakeside, with beautiful views from every window and the balcony. The hosts were velcoming us with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and there were coffee, tea and some snacks for breakfast as a starter kit which is especially nice if you arrive late in the evening. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the boat station are within 5 minutes walk. There is a small beach and a small pool for kids, too. The town is a lovely, quiet place, much more relaxing to stay than the overtouristy, super busy and noisy Varenna or Bellagio in my opinion. I’d like to come back!

En pärla i Bellano!

Vi hittade denna pärla av en slump, och det var en riktig vinstlott! En fantastisk lägenhet med det bästa läget i Bellano, och dessutom med tillhörande garageplats. Vi möttes av värdarna när vi anlände, vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Dessutom väntade en flaska vin på oss i kylen, vilket var en glad överraskning. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat och fräscht kök, en mysig balkong, fin matplats, bra wifi, en underbar kaffemaskin och ett stort badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin.

Piękny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro Como, w świetnej lokalizacji. W lodówce czekała na nas butelka wina i ciasteczka. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Apartament przestronny i wystarczający dla 4 osobowej rodziny, z dostępnym garażem. Blisko do plaży i placu zabaw dla dzieci. Do sklepu spacerkiem 5 minut. Nie ma chyba apartamentów w Bellano w lepszej lokalizacji. Wychodzisz i już jesteś na promenadzie, a tam cudowne widoki i mnóstwo restauracji. Spędziliśmy w Casa Luisa wspaniały urlop i polecamy go wszystkim. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś tam wrócimy 🥰 Dziękujemy ❤️

Sehr Gute Ferienwohnung, nur zum Emfehlung!

Sehr gute Lage -zentral, nähe von Hafen. Seeblick Super - kann ganze Tag und Nacht genissen! Kleine Stadt, viele Restaurants und Eiscaffe. Paola war sehr freundlich, für unsere Frage war sofort in Kontakt. Toll ich finde eine Flasche Prosecco sowie Basics fürs Frühstück hatte sie im Kühlschrank für uns vorbereitet. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön eingerichtet. Garage stehen in Verfühgung. Wir empfehlen diese wunderbare Unterkunft sehr!!!

Großes Apartment direkt am Wasser

Schöne moderne Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht und soooo viel Platz. Der Blick direkt aufs Wasser von jedem Fenster ist wunderschön und auf dem Balkon lässt es sich toll frühstücken. Das Bett ist bequem und auch das Schlafzimmer sehr groß. Für zwei Leute eine Menge Platz zum Ausbreiten, für drei wahrscheinlich perfekt. Die Lage ist zentral, zum Hafen und Bahnhof sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Paola war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles gezeigt und ein paar Tips für den Ort gegeben. Und sogar eine Flasche Prosecco sowie Basics fürs Frühstück hatte sie im Kühlschrank für uns vorbereitet. Wir durften außerdem am Abreisetag noch Auto + Gepäck bis Nachmittags in der Garage stehen lassen. Danke!

Da das Apartment direkt am Parkplatz von Bellano und der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es sehr laut. Trotz Ohrenstöpsel waren an einem Freitagabend das Partyvolk und die Motorradmotoren bis spät in die Nacht zu hören. Aber da kann ja Paola nichts für ;)
