Home from home... very friendly host and a great base from which to explore Lake Como

The host very kindly met us off the train, took us into the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was spacious, homely and generously stocked with basic provisions. It was very near to the ferry for travelling to different villages on the lake and not too far from a local supermarket and to the station. The nearly Orrido gorge was stunning and well worth a visit.

Very friendly host, picked us up from the station. Lots of information in apartment. Within 20 meters of the main foreshore walk and 100 m to the centre and restaurants and 100 m to beach and supermarket

Overall fantastic.

Roberto was fantastic. Near to resturants shops and station.Very clean. Everything one could need was provided.

Heating was was yet to be turned on as its end of season. Host could have provided some fan heaters to cope with unexpected cold weayher5

Fantastic location and stay in Bellano!

Amazing location! Easy walk into Bellano (5 minutes mostly flat).. Nice apartment with a lift! Kitchen was clean and had an espresso/coffee machine that was clean and worked well 👍🏻 Super friendly and helpful hosts, they even picked us up and later drove us to the train! (It is hard to get a taxi in Bellano) They were excellent on communication.

Nothing here we did not like.. apartment is former home of someone, so lots of kitschy stuff and decorations, beds were very firm. Low lighting. Host provided lots of brochures and maps, but we couldn’t use the table there was so much… we were happy just using the kitchen area, but for a family you would have to move all that..

Perfect position, kitchen very well equipped (except for no dishwasher) and the host friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds.

Amazing host with great apartment!

The host Roberto was amazing. He provided all the needed information and more via WhatsApp and when we arrived. We've got recommendations on what to see and visit, where to eat good ice cream and Italian food. He also helped us to understand como public boat transport. We've also got a free place to park the car, right by the door of the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and included everything you might ever need. There was a kitchen with all tools, some coffee, and some snacks. They also had simple things like power adaptors, steam iron, washing machine, etc. The apartment would be a great choice for all: families, groups of friends, the elderly, and the disabled.

Very good location. Close to everything. Apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need during your holiday stay. 2 markets nearby. The host is trouble-free, nice and very helpful at every stage of your stay. I highly recommend it.

We visited Verenna , Mennagio and Bellagio for a bit on the boat but Bellano was quite the best location by far for uts view and peace. The Location is hop skip & jump to the lakeside prominade. The Host Roberto was Fantastic, Very Helpful and Guided us for all the Places to go & Things to do, he even came to greet us at the station and was available for all queries. All The Things that may have been required by guests were Present in the appartment, very thoughtful of Roberto. It has the view of the river on both rooms and partial lake view on through the kitchen balcony. We selected Bellano as was more convenient to take our trip forward to Bernina Express in Tirano , and glad we selected Bellano. Thanks Roberto. Beautiful Stay.

Nice and cozy

The apartment has great location with lots of restaurants near by. Inside is clean, rooms are spacious with everything needed. We lived there like in our own apartment, very cosy and comfortable. The staff is very helpful! The owner met us at the door, explained everything and sent lots of links and recommendations. Also there are maps and brochures about different places and event in the apartment.

We were there in late July and it was +32+36 during the day and it was so hot inside also at night. There were fans but it didn't help. But it's the only one negative moment we had there.

Spacious apartment in a Perfect location.

Spacious Apartment Well equipped Very nice host in Roberto, always ready to assist when required. Nice beach(pebbles), good restaurants and good size supermarket within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Lots and lots of information regarding the lake available in living room making it easy to choose a place to visit.

Air Conditioning would be great else additional fans as it was very hot(30 C) at times even with windows open.

Nous avons tous appréciés notre séjour à la casa Rosa .Idéal car tous les déplacements peuvent être fait sans voiture.

Roberto a suivi notre arrivée afin de nous accueillir dès nôtres décente du car. Puis nous avons reçu toutes les informations afin de profiter au mieux de notre séjour (lieux à visiter, moyens de transport.) La casa Rosa est idéalement située calme et à proximité des commerces de l embarcadère.. Très confortable et très propre.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage.

Sehr umfangreiche Informationen zum Comer See von Roberto erhalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Ein privater Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Der Aufzug ist sehr praktisch. Nur wenige Schritte vom Comer See und dem Zentrum entfernt. Ruhige Wohnlage. Wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
