Disney Newport Bay Club

The hotel was really nice. However, the rooms smelled a bit weird. Also, one of the mornings, we were having the all-you-can-eat breakfast downstairs. I saw a little kid sneeze onto the Mickey waffles and the mum didn't bother to notify staff so I let three of the staff members know. Not one of them did anything about the food even though one of them was translating what I said to the others in French. On the last day, the maids kept opening the door in the morning when we were getting ready to checkout, even though checkout was at 11am. So, overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at, but not the best Disney experience I've ever had.

Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property.

Have stayed at the hotel many times but in the heatwave the air conditioning was broken. We were only there for 2 nights and after 2 phone calls to reception and 3 trips to see them 2 engineers finally came up and fixed nothing. Really disappointed and have filed a complaint with Newport bay

Amazing hotel, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Our little one became unwell on the journey to France and the staff couldn’t have helped more, as soon as we got to the hotel the receptionist noticed he looked poorly and called a medic, who arrived within a few minutes, they helped call the doctor for us, provided a fridge in the room for his antibiotics and booked taxis for us. We couldn’t have been more grateful to them. They were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely caring and do as much as they can for the guests. The hotel itself is lovely, it’s nice and spacious, the character meet and greets were regular, there was always someone there for the kids to have pictures with and say hello to. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
