Great location, close to the Rialto bridge! Very friendly staff that so graciously made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us! The only downside was the beds were VERY firm, and caused us not to get much sleep during our stay.

Lovely room, super clean, great air con, comfy bed, modern bathroom, coffee machine in reception and central location for a really reasonable price. Plus Michael was super friendly and recommended places to eat for us. Definitely staying here again if we ever return to Venezia.

Amazing guesthouse! Great location (2 minutes from San Marco). Venetian decoration and modern bathroom, a great combo! Would recommend!
