This is a lovely place to stay and the host was gracious and went out of his way to help in every way possible.
I arrived on my bicycle and was able to put it into the secure garden area onto which the entrance of the property opened. There is a nice seating area in the open fronted barn, which is perfect for a quiet drink.
The room was terrific. Spacious, immaculate and with everything I needed.
Breakfast was served in a charming room downstairs and such care had gone into the selection of local cheeses and produce, plus lots of fresh coffee.
It was a treat to stay there and the warmth of welcome and the lovely room would definitely encourage me to stay again.
