Robberto and the rest of the staff were bery accomodating and asssited us in all things that we need. Place is great, clean and neat, odor free. Very convenient location.

As a solo female traveler, this was my first time in Europe, and I was very nervous.
Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and Roberto kindly explained how to use the room and what the neighborhood was like.
The security was excellent, which made me feel safe. The shower pressure was sufficient, hot water was available 24 hours a day, and the air conditioning worked well, so I had a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets within about a 5-minute walk, so you won't have any trouble finding food.
The Metro Line A is 5 minutes away, but you can walk to most of the major tourist attractions and enjoy a stroll. I never felt unsafe even when walking around the neighborhood early in the morning or around 10 pm.
The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile, which cheered me up.
If it's worth the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location. Very clean. Other reviewers had mentioned noise as an issue, which is true if you leave the window open. When the window is closed, the double pane sufficiently cut out street noise for me (as I am a light sleeper). Staff were amazing and I had fresh towels everyday. Air conditioner worked fabulously. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome.
