There was a party going on in the hallway and in all of the rooms around us at 2:30330 and four in the morning. There was beer and cake thrown all over the hallway and smeared on doors. I tried calling the staff numerous times both on my cell phone and on the room phone and no one ever answered.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff ladies were so awesome and just made my day every morning! Bed was comfortable. My only issues were that the heating element in the hot tub was out and that was something I was very much looking forward to. And every so often someone would smoke outside and the smell would come through the A/C vent. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The advertisement was deceiving in the app. Of the appearance of the place had crickets popping up in my room that I had to kill. The breakfast wasn’t fresh. It wasn’t a good it was just OK.

The front desk at check-in waited for us to walk in, up to the desk, and set our stuff down before she even looked up from her cell phone to acknowledge us or greet us. She wasn’t rude, but not friendly at all. I also would’ve appreciated her at least notifying us of the current state of some of the hotel. There were obvious construction areas even upon exiting the elevator at our floor. The room itself was fine, just outdated. We used the spa area and luckily there were 2 towels available left. Continental breakfast was very nice. I appreciate both the hot and cold options available.

Location was great to Baylor without being in all the traffic. it looks like recently there was a flood on the 3rd floor and they were remodeling it. It’s basic- a lot of blue collar workers stay during the week. We won’t stay again because there seemed to be better choices around.

Awful service, terrible management, poor service from the start. The room was dirty. My daughter found a snuff can that had nicotine pouches. She thought it was complimentary gum or mints as it was sitting by the tea bags and coffee. She got sick from that. Carbon monoxide alarms were going off for hours. Was originally told it was just a malfunction. Had the fire department come out, and surprise. It wasn’t a malfunction. Ended up getting carbon monoxide poisoning. Owner is a joke. He denied any problems. Admittedly said he “was sure there is bugs” and denied any resolutions for me and my family. He also told me I’m not welcome there any longer. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owner was not only dismissive, but insulting and aggressive. Not once did he apologize or take fault for any of the issues. Upon leaving he had illegals cutting out drywall throughout the hotel. Why?— to fix the carbon monoxide issue. That was denied.

Kayla was great and provided great customer service. Breakfast was good and gym was good. Room however was a bit musty, clammy and stuffy. Carpet almost seemed sticky. Shower was great, tv and amenities were good.

Terrible breakfast. All juices and milk were terrible. Oranges had mold. I called in day before on status of hot tub and was told it was in working condition. It was not working. Will not stay there again and I do not recommend it.

Soon as the doors opened to the main entrance i smelled how it was freshly cleaned. The presentation of the room was magnificent, cool tempature, and I am really impressed for my first visit 😁

There were no towels in the fitness center and there was a dead water bug on the ground if the fitness center, other than that it was GREAT for what we needed. The bathtub area may need to be checked, the caulk is missing, the faucet leaked and there was some discoloration above the bathtub. It wasn’t unsightly, was very clean but don’t want there to be issues later.

There were a fly and a few fruit flies flying around. I didn't notify your staff because we only stayed one night and we weren't in the room for most of the time. And there was a order coming from the AC.

My room was clean, other than a red stain on the carpet. I dislike carpet in hotel rooms. It is unsanitary, in my opinion. There was no phone in my room. Kids were running back and forth in the hallway at 11:30 pm one night. I called on my cell phone and complained. Breakfast was minimal with no bacon or sausage offered. Eggs were barely warm at 9:30 am on a Saturday. Staff rushed to clean the breakfast area 30 minutes earlier than the stated end time. I was told not to sit in an area because the staff had already cleaned those tables. This made no sense. Was I supposed to sit at a table that had not been cleaned? Apparently, the staff did not want to walk 10’ farther to a different area to clean a table. The AC worked well. Water was sufficiently hot. Towels were thin. Lighting in the bathroom was dim. The bed was OK other than a rather hard edge at the sides. The surrounding area seemed safe.
