Great stay still and great staff

It was under construction at the time and there was a lot of plastic everywhere covering the walls. The amenities and staff were great though.

The bathroom leaked we changed into another room it still leaked I have been charged for 4 rooms and I am still waiting for a response to get a refund I spoke to “ Kay “ from the facility and she reassured me that she spoke to her manager and we would not be charged for 2 additional rooms when we had a booking. Com reservation she stated she couldn't find it and charged me regular hotel pricing and assured me I wouldn't be charged twice which I have been and I am waiting for a response and refund

The room worked for what we needed it too, but definitely not the best comfort inn we’ve been too.

Staff was nice.

The rooms had a wet smell to them. The bed had big dips, so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was definitely some foundation issues. Bathroom door barely could close.

The staff was exceptional. When we got to the room, it smelled musty, possibly as if someone had smoked in it, even though its a non smoking room. The person at the front desk immediately gave us a different room, and it was very comfortable and clean.

Rooms were clean & comfortable & well appointed. Recliner in my room!!! 🙌🙌Good breakfast. Price was good.

Guests could only enter building through front doors. All others were locked & card readers did not work. Since not enough good parking in front, guests parked in back had to walk around building. This was very hot during the day & felt unsafe after dark. Also they were doing some construction/renovations which guests had to navigate & left halls a mess. This was workable & is obviously temporary, but a heads up would have been nice. Front desk staff did their job ok but made no real effort most of the time to be friendly. They were not rude, they just were very blasé. Also not dressed professionally. Clothing made them blend in with guests if not at desk. They wore name tags but other than when behind desk, the only way you knew they were staff. Did not seem to exhibit any real interest or pride in their work. Maids were in uniform & were very kind. The parking & outer doors were my biggest concern, but the other things were just disappointing.

Good location

The room we stayed in smelt really bad. I had to have the staff come spray to help the smell. Stayed in room across from the pool. To noisy with kids in and out taking swim lessons and would definitely not want to go in the pool afterwards.

Stay was nice, being charged twice sucked.

Breakfast was ok, hotel was convenient for our stay.

I didn’t like the fact that through our 3rd party contact from the emergency room they didn’t relay the message to the hotel & we couldn’t use the reservation we had for late check in at 3am. Therefore we had to rebook another room so we paid 2Xs for one room.

The property itself was nice, our room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly

The franchise wonder has decided to implement that a 100 dollar CASH deposit be made for anyone who books the hotel who has a local address; I was not told about this prior to booking and was taken back by the demand. It felt extremely shady.

We liked the location for our plans. So convenient to get to and from. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bed was lumpy and not comfortable at all! The room was dusty like it was done as an after thought or in a hurry. The air conditioner never shut down and was so loud. If you shut it off, the room got stuffy so it had to stay on.

Peaceful and pleasant

The young woman who checked me in on the evening of 07/28. I was very tired. She was kind and sweet. The next morning, she was working in the diningroom. She kept the coffee karafes full and the room tidy. She was, again, kind and sweet. Her personality made me smile and helped me relax. The light that shown through her kept my spirits up for the next 11 hours of drive time. She told me her name, but I cannot remember it. Special, "Thank You" to her.

The bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be rotting. There were flakes of rotted door debris all of the bathroom floor. Kind of grossed me out when I used the restroom the next morning.

Almost the entire place is used by extended stay people and it is not worth what yoy pay.

The hot tube was broken, there was constant loud rumbling noise above our room, the show water only got luke warm, the caulking around the tub was bad, the first night we were there someone was setting in the parking lot playing loud rap music in their car for several hours.
