The staff here is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast, although fairly standard hotel buffet, was fresh and well-made. The HVAC was consistent and more quiet than in similar hotels.
I wish there was tea available at breakfast. It was a little bit out of the way, but I knew that when I booked. The hot tub wasn't working during my stay, but I understand that regular maintenance is needed.

Staff was nice.
The rooms had a wet smell to them. The bed had big dips, so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was definitely some foundation issues. Bathroom door barely could close.
