The Riad is very new , clean and beautifully decorated ! owner is so kind and welcoming , makes you feel like home. Location is great , close to everywhere and in the nice clean neighborhood, breakfast on the Terrance is so enjoyable, wish we could stay more time there.

We stayed at the Perlekech Riad and Spa for a week over New Year 2023/24 and we had a fabulous time. We were in the Alib Baba suite which is a lovely spacious room, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious too with a variety of different breads each day as well as eggs, ham and cheese.
The Riad is in a great location – about 10 minutes’ walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. All the main sites were in walking distance. There are some good restaurants close by, in particular M Bacha and Terrasses Des Arts.
The owners and staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We went to their New Year’s Eve Party. The food and entertainment were superb and the owners and staff all took part. It felt like a very personal stay and we were very sad to leave. I highly recommend the Perlekech Riad and Spa.
