Fantastic location easy to locate
Bedroom was lovely with comfortable bed
Breakfast was great and lots of it
The staff were brilliant friendly and helpful could not rate any higher
Shower was very high pressure and went everywhere took a little bit of time to get used to it

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is strategic in Medina.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms

nice terrace and location, spacey room
not very clean, bath was not working properly and wifi not working at all, definitely not value for money (breakfast not included in price while in most Riads it is)
