Riad Kitula

The property was hidden away from the chaos of the city in its own beautiful oasis. Also conveniently located right next to the Medina and other shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional and were so kind and attentive to us. It felt like staying with family.

I found nothing negative about this property.

An absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely caring. The riad is beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, and the location is simply the best in Marrakech—everything is within walking distance, yet the riad feels like a quiet oasis. Waking up to the hot air balloons in the morning was magical. Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇲🇦

All was perfect!

The overall design and spirit of Kitula is wonderfully thought through. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kitula is very centrally located and a few footsteps away from the souks.

The room did not feel clean (dirty carpets) mold around the bathtub, everything a bit run down. The bathroom had a cupboard which opened up into a private messy wardrobe. The manager did not want to call me a cab because it apparently it was not part of the service. Upon request he organized a lovely man to help me with my luggage to the car, as it is a few hundred metres up to the Main Street, but it felt like I really had to push for it.
