Riad Kitula

The Riad was absolutely stunning. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast served daily was fresh and exquisite. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The bonus is that it was also walking distance to all the Souks and sightseeing locations I wanted to visit.

Beautiful place with tranquil, peaceful courtyard. Staff all very helpful. Great location inside Medina. Excellent breakfast served daily and nice dinner if you request in advance.

I wish coffee or a tea kettle were available in the rooms.

Beautiful property, an oasis of peace, immaculately clean, generous bedrooms all individually appointed, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast all in the very center of Marrakesh in the Medina and a few steps away from the main square

The overall design and spirit of Kitula is wonderfully thought through. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kitula is very centrally located and a few footsteps away from the souks.

The room did not feel clean (dirty carpets) mold around the bathtub, everything a bit run down. The bathroom had a cupboard which opened up into a private messy wardrobe. The manager did not want to call me a cab because it apparently it was not part of the service. Upon request he organized a lovely man to help me with my luggage to the car, as it is a few hundred metres up to the Main Street, but it felt like I really had to push for it.
