The room was very good the staff great the location was 10 star we could walk to every never need a taxi or bus except when arriving and leaving to get the bus

Clean room, very nice staff assuring we had what we needed. Unfortunately, not many amenities, just a place to sleep near the falls if needed. About a 15 min walk to Clifton hill and 20-30 mins to other attractions. Place had no conditioner for your hair, only a "2in1" that felt worse than just regular shampoo. Be advised no elevator in building, must walk up the flight of stairs.

Clean,quiet hotel with fridge and microwave in your room and friendly staff to help you with any other issues. I stayed for a few weeks and it was an excellent place to stay.
