The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but the facilities are minimal and the bathroom is quite small. My room had a view of the back and corresponds to a three-star standard. As for the price, it is quite high compared to the conditions offered and compared to other hotels in the same category. I should mention that I am a regular traveler, with a lot of experience in the field. A strong point of this hotel is the breakfast, which is particularly good.

Fabulous! We stayed for six nights in the penthouse and everything was perfect. The room itself was beautifully decorated with everything you could possible want (including an amazing balcony with hot tub). The staff were also brilliant - so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent - there is so much to do and see in the area. The breakfast was amazing and the onsite restaurant was great. Would definitely stay here again.

An amazing and unforgettable stay all around! We stayed in the penthouse with breathtakingly beautiful views of downtown Rovinj and the Adriatic sea, which we enjoyed from the private jacuzzi in the patio. Super clean, very chic decor/furniture, lots of room for 4 adults, all the amenities you may need, excellent location and an easy walk to Rovinj center. We met the lovliest people from the owner Edita, her sons, Edis and Ujkan, Natasha, Elena, and the 2 brothers who work in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant were absolutely delicious, with the friendliest service, and a must try! I would highly recommend staying at Edita's place! Thank you!

We have traveled quite a lot but the service at this hotel was extraordinary! The family who runs this hotel took great care of us and all the guests during our visit. We stayed here for 7 nights. They’re where very helpful with everything from remembering our preferences of coffee, eggs and almond milk for breakfast to arranging bikes for a day ride to helping us getting the best price for a taxi to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had a nice balcony with seaview. The location of the hotel was perfect, just in between the old town and the beaches. You should definitely try their restaurant Il Faro, our top 3 pasta place in Rovinj. We definitely recommend everyone to book this hotel, enjoy!
