Hotel is at a nice place, around 4-5 km away from the city centre. Free parking but limited. Rooms are ok. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Issues were no electric kettle/tea coffee facilities in the room. Biggest letdown was that air conditioning was not working. This was misleading as we booked the room thinking there was air conditioning. The hotel should clearly mention if the services are down. we would have not booked this hotel had we known that AC is down.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room had good amenities, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was a little basic- more options needed
