Loved our stay here. Spacious room, good wifi, sufficient ammenities, prompt service (cleaning, front desk, etc.) I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. When we went to our room on 10th floor, the door was left ajar which was odd. The room had 2 double beds and a projector so we could watch Netflix and Disney+. The only source of heat seemed to be a small room heater. We were there Dec.25-28 so definitely needed it. I travelled with my 2 kids (13 and 16 yr olds). Location was great, 6 mins walk to Daikokucho Station. There's an amazing ramen restaurant around the corner Ramen Hareruya - we ate there 3 days in a row. Staff were friendly. The lobby had a huge clean washroom.

Mint clean of the rooms. If you arrive a bit early, the hotel still check you in and that was very nice of them given that we had some luggages and had to go shopping
