Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Minami

The neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located near the train station. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate seven people. The beds are comfortable, and there are two toilets, a mini kitchen, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a large balcony where you can dry your clothes. Two supermarkets are nearby, and you can easily reach the Namba and Dotonbori areas by walking.

There was a sewer smell sometimes from the washer area.

The location is convenient and easy to access, close to main attractions and transport options.

Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, there was a constant cigarette smell throughout my stay. I offer nothing about it. The towel quality was extremely poor — thin and rough like paper. The rubbish-room was unhygienic and dirty; you really have to be careful not to breathe too deeply because of the dust and odor. The carpets were old, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room was noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities provided, unlike most other hotels in this category.
