    The location was perfect for exploring nearby areas and the room size provided ample comfort. Free breakfast was available and added value to the overall experience.

    The hotel is about 900m from Umeda Station, not too far and not too close but it is within aceptable walking distance, the hotel also within walking distance to Shinsekai (about 900m). The hotel seems like a new building (maybe 2-3 years) so everything looks good and clean. We stayed in a family room, it was spacious for Japan standard. The breakfast was superb but try to book the breakfast as early as possible as later may got crowded and you might having difficulties to get table (some people talks for a long time after they finish eating and that taken the space of the table). Overall I would like to stay here again with my Family if the price range is the same.

    The place is spacious and clean. Very good for family with kids to stay. Location is good. Near to shopping and Namba station.

    The hotel is clean and the room size is quite good compared to other hotels. However, this is a self service hotel and don’t expect the hotel to clean your room on daily basis, we had to pay extra fees for the cleaning services. In addition, the room had no curtains, if you aren’t a morning person this hotel isn’t for you.
