    Pro: Safety - i was comparing whether to stay around Shin-Imamiya / Tennoji station. But decided not to as heard that there are drunk & homeless person on the street over there at night. As for this hotel property area, and based on my personal experience (walked from JR Imamiya & Metro Daikofucho at 10pm+), I felt it was quite ok/safe, as there were local residents and tourist on the street as well. Location- 10 min (or less) walking distance to JR Imamiya, Metro Daikofucho, a local hypermarket open till 12 midnight, a Daikoku drug store, 711 etc Facilities: induction cooker, kettle, mini fridge, blackout curtain, hair dryer. You can borrow rice cooker from recep (which i didnt try). Con: There is no socket / plug around bed, which caused inconvenience. Toilet was packed & small, but considered normal given that this is in Japan, at this rate.

    Stayed at Weekly Green for 2.5 weeks and it's exactly as described — cheap and cheerful, roomy accommodation in an older building. Location is unbeatable: 2 minutes to multiple convenience stores, two supermarkets (one 24-hour), and close to subway stations and Namba itself. The staff were amazing and the place is great for the price. Two negatives: the 3pm check-in when rooms are already ready is frustrating and leaves a bad taste. And one staff member — a pregnant lady who was taking pregnancy leave — was rude and clearly shouldn't be working with customers. I extended my stay while I was there and will definitely stay there again.

    Only lacking is the cost for every minor thing such as to request for iron need to pay, for toilet utensils also need to pay, they provide cooking area but have to request (pay) the utensils. Nevertheless it is very spacious for a group of 5 and yes i would definitely recommend to others
