Beds are terrible, too soft and the pillows also too soft

I did not actually stay at the comfort inn even tho the reservation was made there. The General Mgr called to tell me my reservation had been shifted to a nearby hotel because a guest was extending their stay. To me that meant the entire 2 night reservation was moved.......imagine the frustration and irritation when I found out at 10 pm the second nite that they had only moved one night while telling me the 'reservation' (ie full reservation) had been moved. Thankfully, the hotel where I'd been shifted too was able to extend the stay so that I did not have to try to move after 10 at night. As a result of all, I've mixed feelings on the proactiveness of the general manager. But have no idea of what the hotel is actually like.

The staff was very friendly. I have stayed here several times over the years, and an update is needed. During my 5 day stay, housekeeping never came.

The air conditioning did not work had to use a fan to stay cool the ceiling over the shower was patched like there had been a leak we were never ask if we wanted our room cleaned or fresh sheets or towels and wash cloths

The elevator was a little sketchy and made a lot of clanking. There wasn't a chair in the room to sit on, nor a table where you could eat at. You had to lay on the bed or one person could sit at the desk. Front desk person (manager) was super friendly and very knowledgeable of the area.

There are many restaurants around this location to choose from - any type of food you might be wanting! The bed was very comfortable. Room was very humid though and kind of felt damp. Bathroom light bulb was out, but maintenance did come and fix it.

The facility was great the staff very helpful and friendly. Expedia changed my reservation from a double queen room to a king suite without my permission. This caused issues with because we needed two beds. Unfortunately for us the hotel was totally booked. Not sure i will ever use Expedia again.

House keeping didn't come to change towels, empty trash, etc. When the front desk was approached and asked for towels and trash bags he became condescending and rude. This was not a pleasant experience.

Staff was friendly. The conditions of the room itself and main elevator were not great. The elevator door repeatedly would not close even though nothing was blocking it. Our room had uncomfortable beds and the tv volume did not work. After calling the front desk they only offered to switch rooms which we did not want to do after unpacking. I mentioned this once again the next day and they had maintenance come look at it. Nothing was resolved, they just left the tv on with no sound coming from it. Nobody came to tidy up the room or replenish towels either. It was a place to sleep though after the Eras tour.

My day was uncomfortable. The beds were used and very uncomfortable. They were made up clean, but they just wasn’t comfortable. All the bathroom was small and maybe I should’ve asked for a handicap roll. Maybe it would’ve been bigger but I don’t plan on ever going back there again.
