Was enjoying my trip but the hotel manager at the weekend was unfriendly and unhelpful and clearly couldn’t wait to get out (closing the bar at 9pm on Saturday night)

Cold rooms Rooms doors require maintenance as well as wash basin and tabs If you walk from the rail way station to Hotel the wheels of your bags get damaged cause a lot of stones are everywhere

This room should not be available to book. You need to refurbish this room. There is mould (and god knows what) growing on the carpet. It is unhygienic and not safe to stay here. We booked as a family with an 8 month baby who crawls around the floors. Really not ok that this room was listed in the first place, and for 100 EUR. Other less serious issues: Someone has tried to punch through the door and the walls are dirty above the beds. Change the carpet in the room and you can put this room on the market again. It doesn’t cost much and you won’t risk sick guests. Horrible to put people in a situation like this. The room looks like it’s been inhabited by junkies and prostitutes.

AVOID!!!! There was no parking on site dispute it being advertised as including onsite parking. We asked to check out a day earlier to stay somewhere else and they agreed to a refund for the last night but I’m still waiting!!! AVOID

The hotel room was small, basic and outdated, but it was comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast was also basic but good. If you're just looking for reasonably prices place to sleep and have a breakfast then this is a good option.

Even though we were staying at hotel, the restaurant didn’t have anything that was on the menu for lunch, and closed at 7.30 in the evening. If you didn’t book a table you weren’t fed. Breakfast was fine room was adequate.

Needed a hotel for the Amstel Gold weekend. The location is about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Valkenburg and the Cauberg. They had a secure storage shed for bikes. Breakfast was fine, the service was very welcoming. Perhaps ask for a room not facing the road or near the staircase as if you are a light sleeper you might struggle to get a good rest. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was typically Dutch, good strong coffee and enough to choose from. It was great because I was only passing through, if I needed to stay for more days I would have chosen a larger room.

Decent hotel for the price. An easy 20 minute walk from Valkenberg. The decor was dated but everything was clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.
