    Stayed at this hotel in April. Arrived to a closed reception at 4pm with no indication as to how to check in. After hours number was not answered. I had to contact a neighbouring Quest hotel who were fantastic and helped me through the check in process.

    Fortunate enough to get upgraded from a single room with 2 beds to a double room. Staff were amazing and extremely helpfull. Parking was a little awkward even with a relatively small car. Great location for attending a concert at Rod Laver, overall a fantastic experience.

    From check in to check out no problems. Lovely area close to MCG and Rod Laver arena. Check in staff were welcoming and accommodated our very early arrival. Room was spotless, will definitely use again for our next trip. Had all the facilities.

    Quiet location. Room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Bed comfortable and a few nice touches with the likes of free Nespresso capsules and drinks in the fridge. Bathroom a little tired looking with stark lighting but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
