    I arrived very early and they gave me my room as soon as they could. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. No complaints.

    We’ve stayed at Quest Collingwood twice this year, in January and again in March. While we generally like the location and the room quality, this recent stay was disappointing due to how certain issues were handled. One day, our personal electric mixer was mistakenly put into the dishwasher by housekeeping, which made it unsafe to use according to the manufacturer. The reception manager’s initial response was dismissive, as she quickly said the appliance would still work. She eventually took our concerns seriously after we explained that immersion in water means the stick blender’s mechanics would likely be damaged, making it unsafe to operate and voiding the warranty. Only after this explanation did she acknowledge the issue and arrange reimbursement. On another day, one of our paper bags containing cooking ingredients was accidentally thrown away. Although reception apologized and said they would follow up, no one ever got back to us. My partner retrieved the items himself once we returned to the room and found them in the rubbish skip, but by then they were already spoiled and contaminated. The total value of the affected food items was $22.85, including Murray salt ($8.50), 500ml olive oil ($9), peanut butter ($3.40), and pancake mix ($1.95). The hotel mentioned they could offer reimbursement but never followed through. We were told that some housekeeping staff are new, but that explanation alone doesn’t excuse the poor handling and lack of follow-up. We hope management takes these incidents seriously and provides better training and supervision. Unfortunately, this stay left us less satisfied compared with our earlier visit. Hope the management follow through with this review. Thank you.

    Stayed in a studio room. On-site car parking, modern decor, comfy bed, clean bathroom, kitchenette with dining table, desk, smart tv. very happy with room offerings. Will stay again.

    Quest Collingwood was an amazing place to stay. The location was perfect, close to everything. Walk to city in 20mins. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants close by. Everything was clean and facilities exceptional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only request would be to have a clothes airer to help with drying process if staying more than a few days. We stayed for 9 nights. Would definitely recommend to stay at Quest Collingwood.
