Great value and location - we were going out and got back late on a Saturday night, and just as well as otherwise the karaoke downstairs would have kept us awake :)

Every time I stay here I am always charmed. The old style building and the rooms. Even the shared bathrooms which are quite modern. The location is so good. Right near World Square. You can people watch and enjoy the city vibe from your window. I always sleep well here, satisfied my modest room price was worth it.

The location is excellent, easily 10/10, but the customer service needs improvement. The bartender helps you access your room, but for any other assistance, you’re directed to email the hotel. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered. The facilities are also very limited. There’s no microwave to warm up food and no tea or coffee options. A great location, but the lack of support and basic amenities let the stay down.
